Hi everyone,
I have used one of the brand new scene builder digital stamp set by Rachelle Anne Miller October Release. I printed the images on some Neenah Solar white paper with my Inkjet printer.I colored the images with copic markers and used a sharp pair of scissors to fussy cut them.
I ink blended few blue Distress Inks to create the winter night and added few white paint splatters to complete the card.
