Waffle Flower Crafts November 2021 Release Blog Hop

Tue, 30 November 2021 Waffle Flower Crafts

Welcome to Waffle Flower’s November 2021 Release Day! I’m happy to be hopping with the folks from Waffle Flower to show you all the fun new stuff awaiting you on the Waffle Flower website! This month, we’re brining you some fun floral dies and special wrappers!

Be sure to check out each stop in today’s blog hop for fun, inspiration, and chances to win some of these new release goodies! Next on the hop is at the amazing Nichol Spohr's Blog.

This card is my absolute favourite.I used the Postcard stamp set and Small Bouquet Stamp set to create this adorable vintage looking card.I coloured the tiny flowers and leaves with pencil colours.I added a light grey line around the images to create a faux shadow.

For the next two cards I again used the Small Bouquet Stamp set and stamped the individual flowers and leaves on a Neenah solar white card. I coloured the images with copic markers and then coloured the rest of the white space with black copic marker.I really enjoy doing this to my floral cards as it completely changes the look of the card. I used the Oversized Thank You die to cut the word from the center of the coloured panel and replaced/paper pieced it with a yellow glitter thank you also cut out with the same die.

For the next second card I used the leftover thank you and adhered it on top of a white stitched rectangles card. I stamped the floral images with a light grey ink on the white card stock and that really brings the card together and it looks more cohesive. I kept this card very simple and just matted on a the Neenah desert storm card base.

For the last card I stamped the couple from the Annyeonghaseyo stamp set on some Neenah Solar white card stock and coloured it using copic markers. I added some golden polka dots and white highlights to add more interest in this very simple card. I finished the card using a sentiment from the same stamp is it which says happy birthday. I used a stitched rectangles die to cut out the white card stock and then matted on top of a pink card base.
