Hi everyone,
Today's card is a bit different for me as it does not have any florals .I picked a stamp set form Altenew with various triangles and I created an abstract geometric card front. I heat embossed some triangles on a watercolour paper and used a pale golden embossing powder for it.
Once I was happy with the arrangement of triangles I coloured them using Dr Ph Martin's India Inks in shades of blue and teal. These colours are extremely pigmented liquid acrylic colours and have a great ability to blend. They are strong and super bright. The embossed lines help to keep the paint within lines and creats a beautiful background.
I used a thanks die by Altenew and cut it multiple times and adhered them together to make a sturdy emblishment. I also added 4 layers of golden embossing powder to make it look metallic and shiny.
To complete the sentiment I also added "for everything" also heat embossed in golden and to finish the card I used few golden sequins. I matted the card front on some black paper and the card was finished. This card is also going to my daughter's teacher and I hope she will like it.
I have a video for you showing how I created this card and you can watch it here...

Hope you liked the post ...
Take care
