Welcome to Gina K Designs September Blog Hop where we showcase the gorgeous new stamps & Die release. Today I have used the MAGESTIC PEONY stamp set which has this big beautiful flower cluster which I watercoloured. For the first card I stamped the entire floral cluster on some Arches cold Press Paper with Gina K Designs Amlagum Ink-Whisper. I used Daniel Smith Watercolours to paint the flowers. I added a lot of layers to get the beautiful watercolour effect. To finish the card I added few colour splatters and few white splatters for the special effect. Finally I stamped a sentiment with brown ink and the card was ready.
For the second card I stamped the image on Bristol Smooth paper and coloured it with a combination of Zig clean colour markers and traditional watercolours. For the background I used the Distress oxide inks to create this beautiful ombre.To finish the card I added a simple sentiment and this bright cheerful card was done.
