Hi everyone, welcome to this blog and I am so excited to see all of you here. Today I am going to use the January 2023 Hero Arts monthly kit and the products in this kit are super adorable.You can use them for your Valentine's Day cards and projects. I have used the Faux matchstick box die to create the card and it was so much fun. I used my Gemini Junior to do the diecutting and I used white and pink card stock for the diecutting. The die is super simple to use and it really creates a lovely three-dimensional matchstick box effect.You can use it in a lot of fun ways with the add-ons available with this kit.
January's My Monthly Hero kit celebrates the "perfect match" on Valentine's Day. This kit's highlight is dies to create a faux matchbox that rests flat on your card or project and can be decorated and filled with the kit's different stamps and dies. Don't stop there—let this kit's possibilities inspire you! Use the images individually, in patterns, or in planners, notebooks, and more! A lovely stencil for backgrounds and mixed media is included. The kit includes five beautiful cardstock sheets and a bag of heart-themed sequins.

For the card I used white,kraft,grey and pink card stock to do the diecutting.I used the stamp set and love this image which says "baby you light my fire" and I stamped it on top of the pink card stock.Next, I used few of the lovely elements from the die set like the fire flame and the matchsticks to do all of the diecutting and I added some wink of Stella shimmer on the top of the fire flame and the matchbox matchsticks. I placed the box in a way that it can slide in and out and other match sticks even hide inside the box.
